Paleo Approved Sweeteners

Here’s a list of paleo-approved sweeteners:
  • Honey
  • Crushed dates
  • maple syrup
  • crushed raisins
  • Fruit juice
  • Stevia
  • Molasses

All of these sweeteners are paleo-friendly and natural. But remember that you should only eat these in moderation and that way you can get to optimal health.
